I’m slowing listening to The Rise And Fall of The Third Reich on audible and I’m at the part where the author is describing how the Nazis took over the production and control of news and education. The way he describes how the rank and file citizenry just took all this in and reflexively parroted out the Nazi version of truth is a snapshot of today.
