$139K is one hell of a lot for a door. Also, Zinke is a paranoid nut who had a soundproof phone booth installed so I’m guessing the “door” job was really for a secret bullet proof panic room.

The family business is construction, specifically: door subcontractors for commercial tenant improvement work. That number is for three new pairs of doors. No amount of bullet proofing, sound proofing, or even designation of a specific log for the veneer could justify that cost. At $46k per opening, somebody bought a very nice new car, cash.
