So, Republicans all across the country are passing bills without reviewing them. There’s a 50/50 chance that the bill doubles the pension.

I’m a Bayesian that starts out with the 80/20 rule, and right now, I tend to subscribe that Republicans are pretty much 80% evil, 20% incompetent. Most of the time, their actions tend to drive the 80 higher.

I think it’s pretty safe to say that no funding mechanism is included in the bill.
