There is no way to not sound a little racist here, but I think (no personal experience, tho) that Rwanda was less polished, united and stable than the old Yugoslavia — and the U.S. today. Perhaps it was. I don’t know.

But Sarajevo pre-break-up was not so different from, say, Charleston or Baton Rouge. I don’t need to spell out what it became later. Conventional forces were mostly helpless against the kind of urban guerilla warfare. If (big if) your alt.right nazis decide to play that game, you will “lose” a number of you Southern cities.

The major thing that posits against this is, your nazis seem particularly incompetent and ill-fitted to an actual serious fight.
