and again, if it is taxable, the ones who have enough can pay it back in taxes and the poor folks can keep it all. and that is not much more than they pumped into the stock market to make it dead-cat bounce before collapsing again.

This makes a lot of sense. Somewhere I read they were going to make this a tax credit which is really dumb.

Even my republican neighbors think the money should go directly to the people this time.
