Interesting thread on Belarus protests. She does reiterate that the demands are pretty narrow, and this is not a West vs Russia thing.
The Russian state media seems to be pretty confused on how to approach this and has kind of been all over the place. This probably reflects Kremlin confusion on what to do about it, since that’s where the state media gets their marching orders. Little Green Men popping up in Minsk is probably not in the cards, though, considering how badly it polls in Russia.
