Congress should enact a term limit, and include a provision prohibiting the Court from reviewing it.
Both the provision prohibiting judicial review and the term limit itself (unless via amendment) would be struck down as unconstitutional. The district court judge that it was before would strike it down. That decision would be upheld by the circuit court of appeal, and then by the Supreme Court - and at both levels of the appellate process they’d be unanimous decisions.
