Personally, I prefer to hear about these things after they happen and give credit where credit is due, rather than politicizing them before they happen (as Fox and Friend Mitt are doing) so they can discount the work of our brave men and women who execute these missions.

And calling it an October surprise implies that President Obama is using the death of a US ambassador as a campaign gimmick, which is about as hypocritical a criticism as you can levy.

I have no doubt that the Obama administration is doing their best. However, I have little doubt they’d very much like to have the perpetrators captured or dead before the election.Obama hasn’t really captured many terrorists abroad choosing to kill them in the field. It will be interesting to see what they decide this time.
