Basically, from all the sounds of it, Boehner’s remarks to ABC tonight lay out the GOP strategy for the next 4 years: Talk a lot about “compromise” and “bipartisanship” in the early months while continuing to act as they’re bargaining from a position of power, then blame the Democrats when no bargains are made and nothing is getting done.
