I also apparently live in the area with, currently, the best-stocked gunshops in the US, to hear other posters tell it. Imagine my surprise. (I don’t mean DC itself, rather the ‘burbs.)

With gun ownership (supposedly) now legal in DC, isn’t there a huge underserved market? How long would it take to get zoning approval for a gun store in Cleveland Park?
