What style of governance would that be? You mean the one in which the Democrats hold a majority and are successful in attaining a majority vote in the House? The Democrats who took in control of the House and Senate in 2006 as a result of democratic elections? Other than a few back room deals which is not uncommon and in fact has been tradition in DC since the founding of this nation.
