I have some dear conservative friends with whom I can share a bottle of wine and talk politics all night. Where I get frustrated with them is when they decry what’s become of the Republican party, hate the Tea Party fucknoodles but STILL vote Republican. I just can’t understand that when they readily admit the damage that has been done and continues to be done in their name.

The dimwits with the violent guns and god and Libruls Must Die bumper stickers, etc. are a whole ‘nother thing. That level of stupidity I can’t even deal with. Got a new one here at the park who keeps trying to befriend me - I’m thinking she wants more than a platonic friendship (which I have no interest in pursuing) and it entirely creeps me out. Not because of her presumed sexuality but because she projects a very violent nature. And she’s an idiot.

Sounds like a winning combo!
