Wouldn’t that be nice. One of the last things Gabby Giffords worked on in Congress was trying to get cell phone coverage near the border. Think how many lives that would save. Locally, if you want to get coverage extended, just start a big-ass forest fire. The firefighters want to be able to communicate, so more towers are suddenly installed.
