Yes. Here’s a briefcase full of non-sequential unmarked worn twenty dollar bills.

(I went to the bank a couple days ago. I always get about $40 worth of $2 bills to annoy merchants in Nebraska and Wyoming. This time out they gave me brand-new bills all in sequence - I asked how I could pay a ransom if I had new sequentially-numbered bills.)
