I was heartbroken and upset at the time. I have resisted watching. You might change my mind. Ever heard the toughest cases can make for bad law in court? From my recollection, pained as it is-Elian was that toughest case for law, policy, local politics, geopolitics and his own parental relationship. The toughest case made for the worst outcome, or so it seemed.

The cousin lady just said that Elian was sooooo happy to go to school.

As videos of very scared boy gets escorted into school where the other kids are directed in singing the Star Spangled Banner.

Adult Elian says he was terrified & didn’t want to be there.

He deserved to be returned to his father in Cuba.
