Tropical wave off the Cape Verde Islands has a 70% chance of developing into a tropical depression in the next five days. (This is the time of year for Cape Verde hurricanes.)

Two other disturbances are also on the map, north of Yucatan and approaching The Bahamas (aside from Hurricane Dorian).
