Not just the state but the caucus itself: it is a highly restrictive voting process in which you have to travel to the Caucus site and remain there to vote in person. Only a handful of people have the time for such a thing.

Something I look forward to is not having to hear ethanol being debated by a gaggle of contenders to placate Iowans.
