Think of bolded in terms of the line we’ve all been hearing at school, at work, and even in our homes: “You don’t get credit for things you didn’t do.” Bills keep getting filed, yet they never go anywhere. That sounds like a party that didn’t take the threat of Roe actually being overturned overly seriously.

Only Democrats have agency. I wish Republicans would get credit for breaking shit.
