Yes, I think that’s correct. It also shows a rather nauseating lack of will on the part of the elected officials. I hear every point that you are making. I hear it completely. However, I really think that America would be better off paying a little more for it’s orange juice as an example and obey the laws rather than exploit people.

I am all for legal immigration. I am all for making the border a bit less porous also. I have not thought through it enough to have a real position on some sort of amnesty for people who have been working here under the radar for a long time.

I do know that the current situation is untenable.
