If the Republicans were in they’d be voting to waste the money in slightly different ways but the money would still be wasted. Partisans only get upset when the other side wastes money. Neither party has shown any financial responsibility. The bill might work or it might not. We’ll have to wait and see but either way it’s not the end of the world. Personally, I hope it works.

I closed on a home refinancing last friday…..kinda my own deafdog stimulus package! My point is that the economy will recover with or without this stimulus package.

Will this package spur the recover? Perhaps, but if it does, it will be at the cost of inflation. Even the CBO says that this package will crowd out financial markets from private companies.
