Run another ‘Blue Ribbon investigative panel’ with the same characters as last time and you’ll have a finding that GWB blew up the USS Cole..they’ve proven they can shape the findings to fit a pre-determined agenda.

Why bother with a do-nothing Blue Ribbon Panel? Just hand him over to the Hague and the World Court for war crimes. I believe they have already pronounced sentence.
