Jews will be the first target - Tel Aviv being the primary target - and if they’re off a bit, it means Jerusalem gets hit and/or any of the shore communities, not like it will make much of a difference to those living in close proximity. It would effectively destroy Israel as we know it, and the proxy armies of Hamas and Hizbullah would step into the fight, dancing with glee the whole while as Israel burns.
