Ways the NSA could have given radioactive cancer bombs to Chavez:

1.) In a fried plantain from NSA agent posing as street vendor
2.) NSA compromised mouse that put cancer bomb in Chavez’s tea.
3.) NSA infiltrated Cuba and put secret NSA radiation cancer bomb to Chavez in his mojito
4.) NSA planted cancer bomb in privately owned rice mill that Chavez ended up nationalizing.
5.) ???
