Always be wary of someone telling you what you want to hear.

However, the dysfunction is already known. They cannot keep it secret and they have tried. What do they gain by putting out confirmation of what they are denying on the pages of the NYT and the Washington Post?

Deliberate trolling, to be effective, has to lead toward some goal. If this is trolling, the trend lines are all real bad for the Trump WH and contradict every public statement that Spicer, Kellyanne and Stephen Miller give.

Now, you might argue this is part of an internal power play and I could kinda buy that (IE, we are not actually the target audience and Priebus or Bannon would be the actual target for internal ratfucking), but the account would need to be far more visible than it is now to be effective for that IMHO.
