Poor little trash panda. It’s a shame they don’t have some provision for being able to open skyscraper windows in an emergency. I mean, I get why, but then there are cases like this where it would be useful.

Not sure if trying to catch the raccoon through an open window 23 floors up would end well. It would either try to run away, attack the rescuer, or jump inside and run around the building. Raccoons are like cats: they can climb up very high, and can climb right down once they get hungry or thirsty enough. Just leave the critter alone.
