I’m not a lawyer, but I’ve watched a lot of t.v. mostly college football, but let’s pretend it was free university and a course called Evidence. a competent judge will never let the marijuana enter into the trial. Competely irrelevant to events and potentially incendiary to any jury. Inadmissible.

now, the results of her blood tests seem like they would certainly be admissible, any word on that?
