I think we’re starting to see some cracks in the facade. A couple of Republican Senators have said the vote should be delayed. Now we’re seeing stuff from Senators we didn’t realize were uneasy, like Kennedy. We’ve all been waiting for the dam to break, and maybe this turns into a Harriet Meirs situation where a lot of Republicans buck the president over a bad choice.

Kennedy is also the one at the end who was like “why didn’t democrats participate in” some phone call. Don’t give him any benefit of the doubt. It won’t happen.
