I admit to buying store bought hummus. It’s easier than dragging out the food processor and the prep/cleanup, but nothing tastes nearly as good as homemade.

That’s why I have stopped buying store made chicken stock/soup. My soup base is so much better and healthier too.

Instapot is great for hummus. Can go from dry to fully cooked in about an hour. No soaking.
