Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) filed a lawsuit against former President Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Rudy Giuliani and Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL) alleging that they and others are “responsible for the injury and destruction” of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
