Cleaning the vinyl and the stylus; sometimes putting on the big-ass headphones; sitting and reading the liner notes for the umpteenth time. Yeah, I miss it. I hated CDs at first because I actually missed the crackle and pop.

i have vinyl that i recorded to cassette in the 70s then converted to mp3 that i now carry around and play on my phone

it’s got all the clicks skips etc
