New Hampshire passed (if even possible) an anti-abortion bill more heinous than that in Texas. It was not enough to include transvaginal ultrasounds which are medically unnecessary, it also includes a provision to allow grandparents to sue for adoption of a foetus from an adult woman. There are no provisions for rape or incest. Doctors who fail to carry out the requirements of the law become felons.
