Oh man, that’s off the hook.

It totally wish I had two ovens. I’m going to have to cook the game hens and the potatoes at the same temp, which isn’t ideal, but I can put the potatoes on the bottom of the oven, which is where it’s hottest for me (gas-flame-plate oven) and that should work.
