phony in what way? I am just curious. Hip-hop as a concept is not owned by any particular race or class. Otherwise Eminem or Kid Rock have no business on stage. A person be able to jest w/o being called an uncle Tom or fake black person. Not insinuating that you implied this but I am just saying.

I don’t know about you, but when I hear the words “hip-hop”, Bob Dole is the first person who springs to mind.
