Complete confiscation of wealth.

That’s my take too. Tank the market, confiscate 401(k)’s and IRA’s. Put the money in a fund managed by the SSA. Borrow the money from SSA for additional “program” funding - replacing them with the ever-popular treasury bills (e.g. IOU’s) and keep on truckin’.

Very bad.
