More like “The proper remedy is to amend the law in question.” But that isn’t going to be pushed too hard because the House leadership doesn’t want to get the loons going again.

There’s nothing to amend, the law is working as intended. There is no need for a “fix,” except perhaps with how the media approaches this absolute joke of a controversy. Instead of throwing a collective fix over a small sliver of the overall health insurance market not being able to skate on crap insurance, they could actually be reporting on companies like Humana who deceived their customers into signing onto outrageously more expensive policies ahead of Kentucky’s insurance exchange roll-out.
