Point of order:
Point 1: Chernobyl is in the Ukraine. Not Russia. Huge difference. The cost to contain the ongoing damage from Chernobyl’s destroyed reactor is on the Ukrainian government, and they’re trying to build a new containment facility to keep the surrounding environment from being further damaged should the original sarcophagus fail.
Point 2:
Russia is most certainly flaming. The Olympic closing/opening ceremonies show that the Russians are indeed as fabulous and gay as the rest of the world. They just have an odd way of showing it. /
