If Trump were to quit and suggest his supporters should vote for Clinton, that would just be proof that someone ‘Got to Trump’. 90+% of these idiots would still write in “The Real Donald Trump” on the ballot if one of them were bright enough to come up with the idea and spread it on social media.

It’s even more of a political cargo cult than the Republicans usually are.
