That is an utterly despicable statement that repents of being Christian. I’m sorry but I am not going to consider anyone who signed either this or the Nashville Statement to be Christian. Perhaps there is a hint of No True Scotsman here but I feel they have looked at the Bible and chosen to walk away from it and moral living.
