We wanted a savior I concede in 2008 because yeah Bush’s wars and economy was exhausting but it was never going to be solved by one ideological approach let alone man or party so yeah I think a lot of people projected onto Obama. Obama was and is a realist. If there’s a true center in this country, it’s what Obama hoped to achieve and I think we would be if HRC had been able to continue his work.
