It’s encouraging because there has been this trend towards authoritarianism in recent years globally. Lukashenko’s dictatorships collapsing would be great news.

The general populace has started to notice that countries with dictators have noticeably worse coronavirus response, much higher death rates, than the countries with liberal democracies.
