A tropical wave a few hundred miles south of Guatemala and El Salvador has a 70% chance of formation into a tropical cyclone as it moves along the Mexican coastline.

Remember when the joke was that the experts predicting stronger hurricanes and more hurricanes over all were frauds because of a single underwhelming season?
