She’s had her eye on the prize since she quit her governor’s gig. While she’ll cry and damn the media for asking painful questions, and maintain her victim status, she’s about as self-sacrificing as a cockroach. She’ll be in it for the long haul. And I’d bet she has a box of backup Sharpies in a travel bag, just itching for the campaign trail.

I expect that you will see her and a bunch of the others try to campaign around the mainstream media, avoiding them at all costs. The Katie Couric interview was a lesson they all learned: even a puffball interviewer can screw you up if your answers are dumb enough.
