I would think the FBI or DHS would be monitoring web sites for stuff like that but I could be wrong.

My knowledge and understanding of the inner working of law enforcement are nil, and all I know is from various media. If its Enemy of the State, then I’m really naive for thinking they didn’t know about the email and who sent it and what the top of their head looked like from space before Geller even got it.
