Bush made it OK to say that conservatives love to spend $ too. (Yeah, go convince libs that Bush isn’t conservative, until you’re blue in the face.) Yes, I blame Bush. He refused to hold the line and actually pushed it hard. I don’t want to blame *just* Bush, but certainly include him. Now, while you’re castigating me, why don’t you defend him? Go ahead, this oughta be entertaining.
