Their idea of ‘lefties’ is heavily based on the idea that not only are we evil, but we’re extremely morally weak.

The fantasy is always, always, that someone tough with a gun will scare us, and we’ll do whatever we have to make them go away.

I always wonder where they get that idea from…certainly not our own history. One of the reasons they hated civil rights movements and labeled them “communism” was because they would not cave in the face of all their dogs, waterhoses, murders, church bombings, etc.

NOTHING they do works, especially not all their bluster. /Schadenfreude

Throwing in with or capitalizing on the shooting will have a slow effect of eventually marginalizing them. Only thing I keep wondering is, what takes their place.
