No, it is wrong. you can’t have a ratio of two things that are one and the same - it is pointless. He aimed at P/E RATIO, which someone no doubt gave him flash card tests on, and missed. It’s even worse that he said “and” rather than “to” - makes him even more clueless.

If a nobody like me knows what the P/E ratio is, and President Teleprompter doesn’t, it makes me think, “We are so SCREWED!”
