You’ve qualified your original statement to the point where I won’t argue with you, significantly.

As to Hitler, there’s a name for the logical fallacy of saying vegetarians are generally liberal, Hitler was a vegetarian, therefore he was a liberal, but right now I’m blanking out on the name for it.

The “Undistributed Middle” fallacy

Compare:

Great artists often have a lot of women.
I am an artist and I f*ck a lot of women.

Therefore, I am a great artist.
