I noticed that his petition is full of personal and ahistorical references, rather like an Orly Taitz brief. The situation in Ferguson after the shooting and Chuckie’s supposed investigation (from Fresno) seems hardly relevant to the case. He did raise some money with his GoFundMe account for this purpose, so I doubt the attorneys are doing it pro bono. Rather, they are willing to separate CCJ from his money.

IANAL, but their argument is worth considering. Does a person lose his rights of privacy once he’s dead? Is it in the public interest for a dead person’s juvenile records to be publicly available? I would say “No” to both those questions.

It goes without saying that if Brown had been a white guy, Chuckles would not be so hellbent on uncovering anything about his past.

Not to be crass, but Brown was just as dead the last two times Chuckles got turned down flat with the same request.

He seems to be trying to make a case here that, because the Michael Brown case was a “jumping off point” for demonstrations and RIOTS (he loves to say the word riots), and because Brown’s family is suing for wrongful death, that somehow that changes everything and that if only everyone knew that Brown wasn’t a saint, everything that has happened since is invalid (or something like that.)

Don’t see how any of that bullshit reasoning gives him any different standing than he had the other times he filed.
