A long time ago when I was going through a rough time, a friend convinced me to go see a woman for a spirit reading. The reading was interesting (and I liked the reader) so I let her talk me into a ‘rebirthing’ exercise that sounds exactly like that guy described - claustrophobia followed by release. I don’t for a moment take it as an actual memory of being born, and the session ultimately felt manipulative so I never went back. I wonder if this guy went through something similar and now believes that it’s a fact, libtards!
