I finally had my fill of the “It’s just a few bad apples defense” the other day. It’s worth noting that in the Philly police force, white shirts are higher rank and supervisors. So to extrapolate from that guy’s rank and behavior, he’s been beating the shit out of civilians for years, and was basically rewarded for it.
